One easy escalade routes bolted especially for kids and beginners

Ups & Wow are two twin routes, for beginners or children, short and easy (grade 4- respectively 4+) with a length of only 15 m.

From Pensiunea Gradia towards Unguru Mare, after 25 meters on the left, the line of cobblestones starts from the road, immediately before the Via Ferrata Piticot route.

The rock is very good after the first third from the base, where there are also the more technical passages, but the entrance is a bit more friable, but also without technical problems. Because of this, periodically (preferably at the beginning of the season), the thresholds must be cleaned of grass and earth, to free the most convenient sockets.

The departure is common, up to a small threshold, where the trails split.

On the right (Waw route - 4+), we have an arched bavaria, with sharp handholds, and which, if you put your feet well on the inclined face on the right, you can pass without any problems, after which, obliquely to the left, you easily reach the top for regrouping.

On the left (Ups route - 4-), we have a dihedral that throws you a little outside, but which, with a relaxed positioning of the legs, is easily passed, then, straight up, the common top is caught, where it regroups.

A 30-meter rope allows you to descend comfortably from the top to the bottom of the road. The top is equipped with a fixed screw link to simplify the regrouping, lowering or dismantling maneuvers as much as possible.
